Wine - making :
a maceration of the marcs for about six days and thermic control in fermentation at 18°C, a soft pressing.

Organo leptic characteristics :
colore rosso intenso dai riflessi violacei.
Profumo con aromi intensi di frutta rossa e sentori di amarene. Sapore corposo, strutturato con leggero retrogusto amarognolo.

Couplings :
first aromatic courses, roasts, game, some matured cheeses.

Service :
18°C to open one hour before.
